After receiving quotes from six other companies, we ultimately chose Southern Windows and Doors for several reasons: - They install NT Windows products, which feature a slim profile that looks stunning, especially on picture windows. Many vinyl frames can feel bulky, but these slim windows give a sleek, modern look. - Bryan, the owner, and his son were exceptionally honest, professional, and detail-oriented throughout the process. - Their pricing was competitive, and the financing options made it easy for us to get exactly what we wanted. The installation crew was equally impressive—professional, efficient, and tidy—delivering excellent workmanship. Southern Windows also had many more color options than other companies, which was a great selling point also. Pricing was honest and up-front. Bryan worked with me through a couple of rounds of design options without any high-pressure sales tactics. The installation team was very professional and treated the house well. I highly recommend giving Bryan a call if you are looking for new windows or doors!

His prices are competitive, but we were most impressed by his thoroughness and attention to detail. All other quoters gave us a lump sum price. Bryan presented us with a detailed diagram and price for each window. So, it was clear what we were agreeing to on each and every window. He is honest and reliable. Josue, the installer, and his crew were so professional and respectful. They did a superb job, and the results far exceeded our expectations. The windows are beautiful, and so easy to open and close.     We are very pleased and thankful we chose Southern Windows and Doors for the whole-house replacement of windows. From the very start, Brian and his son impressed us with their knowledge and professionalism. Their quote came in middle of the road of other quotes, but their attention to detail made them the easy choice for us. They sent us a very detailed description of each window to be replaced with all measurements and type and led us to feel very confident in the workmanship we were to receive. They use the same window installers for every job, which even made us more confident in their work. We felt their installer Josue was very professional and friendly, and we enjoyed working with him and his crew. They let us know what to expect and when, and were punctual every time. His presentation was very informative in regards to tempered glass, sashes, grid style, etc. The cost of replacing 26 windows was within our budget.     Highly recommended. I worked with Bryan to get eight windows and a sliding glass door installed to replace my 55-year-old single-pane originals. New windows were installed, easy peasy and super quick. Everything looks professional as you would expect, and they handled inspections and lead testing since it's an older home. The city inspector even mentioned to me that they did a good job on the install. Thank you.

Brian delivered on what he promised—GREAT-looking and high-quality windows arrived several weeks after I ordered them. Installation was smooth—the whole house was done within 4–5 hours and the crew cleaned up everything and were extremely courteous.     I had a great experience with Bryan and Southern Windows and Doors on my window replacement project. I was sick of the "big box" companies giving me high-pressure sales demos with the heat lamps and BTU meters and a quote that would've required me to get a second mortgage. Southern Windows was referred to me by NT Windows as a local dealer/installer. Bryan was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and responsive. The whole process only took 3 weeks from the time I signed the contract to installing the new windows. Bryan's pricing was very fair, and the windows look and feel great in this Texas heat. The installation crew was professional. I'll be using Southern Windows and Doors for any future projects.

    I was planning to replace all of the windows in my house and started the research on window companies. Fortunately, I have neighbors who used Southern Living Windows for their window replacements and all gave glowing reviews. Referrals from friends are usually the best resource. I could not be more pleased with the services of this company. The crew was professional, always on time, friendly, and most of all trustworthy. In fact, part of the work was performed while I was out of town. The owner is onsite during the installation and stays in touch to make sure the customer is pleased. Highly recommend using Southern Living Windows!
